Planning is the most important step in the success of your website. Here is a summary of the steps that lead to a timely and successful website.

We include a one hour initial consultation in the price of your website. The consultation is a brainstorming session where we go through the completed worksheet and discuss your needs, the purpose of your website, and target market.

After a solid plan is in place for your web site design, we can prepare an accurate proposal for its development.    

If the price is acceptable to you and you are ready to get started, we will prepare our standard web design contract.   The proposal, signed contract, and deposit as outlined in the agreement will get us started on the initial mockup of your site. 

You will be required to provide us with all textual content and photographs, unless you have hired us for copy writing services.   It is a good idea for you to get all your content ready while we are working on your mockup, as we will need it in order to complete the site.  Please keep in mind that all content is protected by copyright law and it is not legal for you to use "borrowed" text or pictures without first obtaining permission from their rightful owners. 

An initial concept for the design of your site is created based on information you have given us.  This will be your  opportunity to make layout revisions, if so desired.  Layout revision requests after this step will incur additional charges. 

Once the site is complete, you will be given the opportunity to go through it and prepare a "punch out" list noting any errors or omissions that need to be corrected.

Once the site is complete and we have received your final approval, we will bill you for the balance due on the project. The final site will be launched and pages will be submitted to free major search engines on your behalf.
